Please note: I have no current availability
for new clients.
I am not currently taking a waitlist due to being unable to guarantee an appropriate wait time. I will update this website and my instagram page @elysiathomas_psychologist when this changes.
For other psychologists, I recommend viewing the LOAPAC website for others that are likely to have similar values to me.

Important other information about working with me:
As you may have noted from my other website information, I am a person with lived-experience of chronic health issues. As a result of my chronic health issues (and role as a parent) there are times where I need to cancel or reschedule appointments - possibly more often than another psychologist. I do my best to ensure any time-sensitive work can still take place where I can, but there are times where working with me can result in an interruption to your sessions.

Next Chapter Health is a quiet neuroaffirming therapy space with quiet music and a water feature located on the ground floor of corporate building.

Two other therapists and relevant clients may be present in the space in separate rooms. There is no reception desk, just a waiting area.

There is a toilet inside the therapy space, water, and hot drinks are available. Seats inside the therapy rooms are large comfortable sofa-type lounge chairs, floor sitting also welcome. If an additional person attends your session a straight-backed chair will be provided.
When you arrive, take a seat in waiting area. Please do not knock on any of the therapy room doors, just wait to be greeted by Elysia and called into therapy room (previous appointments may be running 5-10 mins late, if you're waiting 15 mins past your appointment time please knock).

Free parking on site. Recommended most easeful parking is at the rear of the building, then enter via rear glass doors (but if you park at the front or side of building this is fine too). Bus stop located across the road out the front of building at Ringwood Lake. Ringwood Station approx 800m away.
